This was such a fun haircut. She actually has really curly hair, so we had to find something to do that would work for straight or curly hair. She wanted to go shorter, and had been in a bit of a rut with her haircut for the last little while. So my idea was to take it a lot shorter in the back and longer in the front to give some visual affect to her face, which will look good curly or straight. I think she looks HOT. What do you think?

Short Hair is SOOO CUTE

Well we had a lot of fun with this cut. She came in knowing she wanted to chop it off.

She wanted a version of these two pictures.

I think we captured it perfectly. We styled it a little more low key, but I think she looks fabulous. I saw her later on at the store and she looked great. She said her husband liked it but told her that he was trying not to smile about it too much because he wanted her to grow it out one day too. What is it with Men and long hair.

Megan's new cut.
She has SO much hair. We were going for a Katie Holmes haircut... the semi-tossled look. I think she looks beautiful. I want to post a picture of her with it kind of kicked out on the bottom. In total we cut about 8 inches off. She was ready for a change though.

A little change goes a long way!!

She is so fun to talk with. She is always very chipper and I am so glad that she was up for a little bit of a change with her hair. She looks beautiful both blonde and brown, but I think she will have a lot of fun with this color and cut.

Thick Hair

Karina came today with grown out blonde highlights and needed a little change. We darkened it up a ton and put some random red in it. Once again the red is hard to see in the picture. She has SO MUCH hair we had to thin it out a ton, so we used a razor to make it lighter while shaping and cutting it.

Jyl's Short Cut

Jyl wanted a little more of a dramatic A-line, so we gave it to her. She needs to have a short haircut because she works outside a lot with the Shakespeare festival. I think this will work for her so it's not so hot out there.

Ruby Brown for Brittney

This is Brittney's second time coming to me and we wanted to do basically the same thing as last time except we wanted to add a little brown with a tint of red to it, to kinda make it a little different than just the blonde we did last time. It looks so good on her. You can't see the color very well in the pictures but it looked awesome.
